When it comes to pricing, you may need to get a comparative market analysis, either with a realtor or a local real estate professional.
Finally required updates. If the house doesn’t quite have all that it should have, with HGTV and all the other things that people are learning about being savvy with decorating, you may need to either get an interior designer or get someone to help you bring the house to current standards.
