For all homeowners that are looking to fix up their homes to sell at market value, it’s important you correctly vet your contractors.
This is throwback footage of our first fix and flip a few years ago. At the time it was demoralizing thinking someone would actually come in a home and do this.
The back story is, we had a contractor bring in his crew to paint the whole house. The paint job looked great, but for some unknown reason they thought it would be okay to get drunk on the job site… and that led to them playing around and putting holes in the walls🤦🏾♂️
This ultimately taught us a valuable lesson about seriously vetting our contractors.
