Deetra: Hi, this is Deetra with Now Property Investments. I hope you had a great Labor Day weekend. Speaking of labor, one of our main goals is to make sure that we take the labor out of home sales for you.
This is our process:
- We come in and see what repairs might need to be made.
- We’ll sit down with you and discuss what number works for you.
- You set the closing date. The numbers that you saw on the original agreement are the numbers that you’ll see at the closing table. There are no hidden fees.
- Closing Day! Once the paperwork is processed, you will receive the check in hand!
