Hi, my name is Deetra with Now Property Investments. Today, I’d like to talk to you about how to release a lien from your home.
- The first way to release a lien from your home is to dispute it. You can either write, call, or go into the office of the company that put placed the lien on your home and ask them to show you proof that you owe them money. If all else fails and you do owe the money, you can try and make an agreement to lessen to the debt.
- The second way to release the lien is to simply pay it off. You can do that online, go into the office, or pay by phone.
- Lastly is to simply sell the home. If the debt seems too overwhelming, you can either list it with a realtor or we can purchase your home!
