Deetra: Neal, how flexible do you think that we are as a company?
Neal: I think we’re pretty flexible. I think we’re able to move on the fly pretty fast.
Deetra: I agree. Either one way or the other. If you need more time, we can give you more time. If you need less time, we usually are able to accommodate you that way, too.
Neil: Exactly. Exactly. All right, let’s get to the story time. Hey, this is Neil with Now Property Investments and this is my business partner.
Deetra: Hi, I’m Deetra.
Neal: So just to show you how flexible we are in business and how we’re able to really just provide the best service possible to our clients, we had a client just a few months ago. She needed to move to Arkansas, I believe. And when we went over to her house, she said, “Okay, hey, just give me 30 days and I’ll be ready to move out and move forward.” She called me back a week later and said, “Hey, Neal, actually I need to move in 10 or 11 days.”
Deetra: Yeah, she had gone to Arkansas and actually found a home that she wanted to purchase. Our numbers lined up where she was going to be able to purchase another home debt-free and so she was ready to move right away.
Neal: Exactly. So instead of us closing in 10 days, we actually closed in seven days and she was really amazed. She was able to get the contract on that other house in Arkansas, and now she currently lives there and she’s happier than she’s ever been.
